YOU asked for it! So here’s your first installment of our new feature, weekly low-carb menu plans! I have provided it as an on-page menu with clickable links to recipes, hard to find ingredients, etc. as well as a pdf file that you can download, print, markup, and take shopping!

That’s 7 days worth of great tasting low-carb meals that will get you started and each and every one of them will help you stick to less than 20 net carbs per day!  

These menus are not geared to induction; although that is something we can certainly pursue! If that’s something you would like please be sure to leave a comment below!

      I will certainly do some induction menus after we get a good stock of regular ones
