If you read my recent article about low carb fruit you know that I believe in education, allocation & moderation. But how do you prolong the life of fruit when you are eating it in moderation?
In the years since I have been living a low carb lifestyle nothing seems more controversial than fruit. It just happened again this week on a great low carb group I love and belong to! So I decided to jot down some facts and how I personally look at the whole “fruit debate.”
Wikipedia defines a clafoutis as
“Clafoutis – sometimes in Anglophone countries spelled clafouti, is a baked French dessert of fruit, traditionally black cherries, arranged in a buttered dish and covered with a thick flan-like batter. The clafoutis is dusted with powdered sugar and served lukewarm, sometimes with cream.”
I define it as new-found treat that is super easy to make and delicous to eat! Here are four you are definitely going to want to try!
