My husband Michael and I were walking through Trader Joes the other day, picking up some veggies and buying cheese. He stood on a snack aisle reading nutritional labels seeking some low carb crackers to go with his cheese…when he finally realized he wasn’t going to find any there we headed to the baking aisle to stock up on almond meal/flour for some of the recipes below!
