I love shrimp AND asparagus so when this recipe crossed my desktop I knew it was something I needed to look into AND share with you!

If you haven’t discovered zoodles yet then be sure to find out all about them and how many different ways you can use them! In this case you just want to use your spiralizer to make them and then just place them on a large plate and pop them in the microwave for a minute or two so they are a nice al dente consistency.
Top them with the shrimp and asparagus mixture and grate some fresh parmesan over the top! Step back and collect your compliments! Easy peasy but it looks like you slaved in the kitchen all afternoon! Shhhh! We’ll never tell! I told you… EASY!!!
