Salmon is a great addition to any diet whether you are trying to lose weight or just eating healthy. On a low carb high fat diet the addition of hollandaise and in this case the creamed spinach is even better!

Hollandaise “challenged?” Here’s a quick video on putting it together. Made of very few ingredients it adds the extra oomph to Eggs Benedict or served over grilled asparagus that takes those dishes from ordinary to EXTRAordinary!
BUT if you are like me I find Hollandaise sauce a tough one to make. I find it’s a rather fine line between yummy and broke. If you’re Hollandaise-challenged like me you may prefer to use a recipe for Blender Hollandaise sauce that one of our Low Carb Challenge Facebook group members recommends!
