Okay, don’t hyperventilate! Just by substituting great tasting low-carb products you will take this recipe from super high in carbs to something you can enjoy and still stay under 20 net carbs per day!

If you would prefer to make your sweetened condensed milk you can do that. Here’s a great recipe that you can throw together anytime you need it. 

I just didn’t personally have good luck with it myself, so I prefer to keep the mix on hand in my pantry… easy peasy is best for me. You decide which works for you!

Want them a little sweeter? No problem, add your favorite artificial sweetener, whether granular or liquid to taste and you are good to go!
