One thing that I tell people all the time is that they should be drinking lots of water while living a low-carb lifestyle. As a matter of fact you should aim at 1/2 your body weight in fluid ounces of water every day. But not everyone loves drinking water. I understand that.

TEA! Unsweetened green tea is best but any sugar-free (or  low-carb artificially sweetened) tea will help hydrate your body as well as help flush your body. Why did you think you are running to the bathroom all the time? LOL! I love plain old unsweetened iced tea but I get that not everyone likes that and being human we all get bored.

So what can we do to liven things up and still keep low carb? Easy! Use any of these great recipes!

For those that are a bit more adventurous you can make your own! Like this one using lavender! It’s like my own low-carb simple syrup but it’s infused with the lavender herb. 

Whether you go with straight up plain sugar-free low carb iced tea or opt for any of these great alternatives you can count on it to help you lose weight!
