But when I saw that a gal on a low-carb group I love ate traditional hummus for lunch today simply because she didn’t realize all the carbs it contains that was the kick in the butt I needed to put pen to paper, or in this case use my research to type up this post for you!

In lieu of traditional crackers think about grabbing celery or colored peppers to dip up these yummy low-carb dips! OR how about slices of zucchini, cucumber or squash? They are all good! OR here’s something you might not have thought of… pepperoni chips or bacon pieces! Pork rinds! There are LOTS of alternatives to the traditional crackers that will keep you low carb and keep you low carb!
