Not your “cup of tea?”  Then pick from any one of these low-carb chicken salad recipes, starting with my own.

I know, I know that some of you are shaking your pointer finger at your screen right now saying NO! No sandwiches! LOL!  I like my chicken salad plain on a plate, on top of salad greens or rolled up in lettuce leaves BUT you really can have a sandwich if you’d like.

ThinSlim BreadAs pictured above you can make some oopsie or almond rolls or even buy some ThinSlim Love the Taste bread and make any low-carb chicken salad into a delicious low-carb sandwich. Really, you can!

If you would like to read about the ThinSlim products here’s articles about the bread and their bagels. Michael and I love both the honey and everything flavors above the rest and sometimes I just don’t have time to bake or even microwave and I love having some of their products in my freezer that I can quickly thaw.

So do you have a favorite low-carb chicken salad recipe? Did I catch it in the roundup? No???  Well be sure to share it in your comment below! In the meantime, ciao for now!

p.s. here’s a great chopper for cutting up everything but the chicken that makes the “job” go really fast! I absolutely LOVE mine and am thinking of buying the new medium size too!
