I have been using romaine for years with my low-carb chicken salad so it was a no-brainer to take the leap to using if for a BLT! Sometimes I even add the hard-boiled eggs! That is if I haven’t already made them into deviled eggs! LOL!

Such and easy lunch or supper! Especially when I use my microwave bacon plate to cook my bacon! Only about one minute per strip! It doesn’t get any easier than that!
