22 Low Carb Gotta Have Apple Recipes!

I can already hear all of you shouting “HEY, I don’t eat apples! Not on a low carb diet! Not when there is approximately 20 net carbs in a medium 3″ apple!” That’s as many carbs as most of you eat in a day! Well, ME too! So how can I even consider an apple recipe roundup? ARE there any low carb apple recipes we can actually eat? The answer is a resounding YES!

As usual I have vetted each of these recipes. I have not included any of those that call themselves low carb but think we are going to eat our whole 20 carbs for the day in one serving of whatever it was they were making and touting. NOT going there! Each of these apple recipes are truly low carb so you can enjoy them guilt free!

Some recipes will use actual apples, others will have substitutes like unsweetened applesauce or, like in this first recipe, something called chayote!
