Kristie Sullivan is the popular YouTube creator and her collection of everyday recipes to make the low carb journey easier entitled A Journey Worth Taking” is sure to prove to be just as helpful as her videos!  

Kristie freely admits that she used to be obese… but if you follow her you’ll quickly learn that living low carb has allowed her to lose so much weight that she had  surgery last year to help her rid herself of all the excess skin so that she now wears beautiful sleeveless dresses and tops with ease!

I have never tried one of Kristie’s recipes that I didn’t like so I am very confident in recommending her brand new cookbook to you! She’s working on the Kindle edition that she assures me will be out soon too! I will be sure to let you know when it hits the Amazon Kindle bookshelf!
