Happy International Coffee Day! Yes, it’s not just Americans (especially those that live in Seattle) that love their coffee! Today celebrates International Coffee Day and we are partying low-carb style!
So how do you celebrate low-carb style?
First off you make YOUR coffee bulletproof today! By adding the good fats called for in the ingredients you are actually helping your body to burn fat! Sounds like an oxymoron huh? Nope, it works! AND it fills you up so you don’t or want to eat and snack throughout your day!
Just REMEMBER it does NOT make you invincible! But it does help you lose weight!

Well of course drinking it with the cinnamon rolls or donuts I gave you the recipes for this week! You had to know they were going somewhere right? LOL! Well they led up to what I think of as the perfect celebrate International Coffee Day!
