  1. I’ve been following a low carb lifestyle for almost 6 years now. It’s great and I would have done it sooner had I known the benefits. Unfortunately, so called “dieticians and nutritionists” continue to promote outdated, bad nutritional information. Kudos to you for this site! Great stuff!

    • Thanks Tom!
My husband and I have been living low carb for about 4-1/2 years now
and agree with you, we would have done it sooner if we had only known.
I put so much effort into learning, researching and finding or creating
great low carb recipes and general info that I decided to start the website
a couple years ago. It’s helped and continues to help tens of thousands
      every month!

In addition I started a low carb Facebook group where members have formed a
wonderful community where they help each other… I hope you have joined us!

So... what's YOUR take on this?
