While the video is entitled “Severely Obese Man Loses Hundreds Of Pounds With Yoga” I personally don’t feel that anyone will lose weight simply by doing yoga. It will help you get fit while doing it but I think one needs to incorporate it with a good healthy low-carb lifestyle. Coupled together they will help you shed weight, tone, tighten and help you get limber!
