There you have it! In each case coconut flour is the MAIN flour in the recipe and there is no nut flour involved so these should be good ones for those people that have nut allergies, but of course as is always the case, you need to vet recipes for yourself when it comes to allergies, etc.

I tend to buy my own coconut flour when I am putting in an order on the Netrition site. They offer a fair price for a great product while keeping shipping low.  

While I normally use almond meal/flour as my main low-carb flour there are those that have nut allergies or stall with nuts so coconut flour is a great alternative.
