What’s On My Low-Carb Plate Today!

... Low-Carb Menu Series

Did you think I’d forgotten about today’s low-carb menu? I know it took me forever to write up the star of my dinner in today’s menu but here it is!  What’s on YOUR plate today???

Today's Low Carb Menu

Today starts off with a nice big breakfast of my easy to make ham and egg cups! Pair that with a slice of ThinSlim toast of your choice, they are all only one net carb per slice!  Slather on the butter, microwave some bacon, pair it with your bulletproof coffee and I guarantee you that you are good until a late lunch if need be!

LUNCH! O-M-G if you haven’t made my Ooey-Gooey Delicious Low-Carb Grilled Cheese you NEED to! I have never had one person try it that doesn’t LOVE it!

Dinner features none other than that Cauliflower Bacon Cheddar Tart you read about earlier today! In a word, AMAZEBALLS!

For a snack I opted for pepperoni chips… if you haven’t made them you really need to! I promise, I will film a video showing how easy they are to make…K?  I used them to scoop up some straight from the fridge cream cheese (make SURE it is FULL fat!) and had a few new peanuts I found when shopping yesterday, Planter’s Sea Salt & Vinegar! I made sure to only take out an ounce because they are so good I could eat the whole can!

All that and I could have eaten more if I was still hungry but I wasn’t! And look at my macros! Right in my target range of 5% carbs, 20% protein and 70% fats! YAY!!!

So what’s on YOUR menu today? Are you using MyFitnessPal to track your food diary? What is your biggest obstacle? What high-carb foods or recipes are you looking to replace in YOUR diet? Because it really is all about finding substitutions and keeping your eye on the prize!
