Kalua Pulled Pork with Coleslaw Sandwich

My family absolutely loves Kalua pulled pork! This recipe  originated in Hawaii and one of my best friends, Carol was lucky enough to get the recipe when her hubby Dick was stationed there in the Navy. She in turn was sweet enough to pass it along to me.  

It has become a family staple, especially for parties as I can make a big batch for a picnic ahead of time, which leaves me free to enjoy my guests!
