I tell people all the time that lots of times you simply don’t need a recipe for a delicious meal. Just trust your instincts and use the flavors you and your family love and 9 times out of 10 you will end up with a meal that is flavorful and fabulous! It’s how new recipes are born!
Here’s how I made the herb-grilled chicken that I morphed into my Garlic-Butter Chicken and Summer Squash over Spaghetti Noodles casserole!

Woven bacon filled with burger, sausage, jalapeno peppers, onion and lots of shredded cheese… who could ask for more??? Okay, how about some great spices to spice it all up? They call it The FATTY! It’s a low-carb lover’s dream!

OMG I thought my husband Michael was going to explode with happiness watching this recipe video! He is the grillmaster in our family and now I will have to buy him a good cast iron skillet before the start of grilling season… but who am I kidding he loves grilling just about any month of the year here in Virginia… I will order one for him now! Do you have any recommendations for one that will hold up well on a gas grill?
