I realized when I was sharing photos and recipes on our Instagram account that I have neglected to ever give you guys my recipe for country style spare ribs! OMG they are SO good! The original recipe was given to me by a neighbor when I was in my 20’s, so let’s say a long time ago!
I make them all the time, they are a favorite of my youngest son who routinely asks for them and when he missed family dinner last weekend because he had promised to take his wife out for dinner… well he raided the fridge exactly 2 minutes after walking in the door to pick up their boys! LOL! Even HE has never noticed that I long ago converted the recipe to low carb!
I was chatting with a member of our Low Carb Challenge Facebook group about finding great grilling recipes you can use all season long… and when I published my recipe for “How to Make Delicious Herb-Grilled Chicken” I realized that before I teach you how to convert that into another yummy meal I really wanted to do this roundup!
