Low-Carb Pizza Dip!

WAIT! Step away from the BREAD! With just a tiny bit of tweaking this simple to make pizza dip can be totally certified low-carb delicious!

Now let’s take that same recipe and make it LOW CARB! 

Low-Carb Pizza Dip!
This low carb pizza dip is the perfect addition to any party!
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 6 ounces full-fat cream cheese
  • ½ cup mozzarella; shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan; grated
  • ¾ cup low-carb marinara
  • ½ cup mozzarella; shredded
  • 9 slices pepperoni
  1. Make according to the directions in the video substituting the low-carb ingredients designated above. Be sure to use any of the low carb chips suggested in the article!
You can substitute ¼ cup heavy whipping cream + ¼ cup water for the HWC if you want to get your carbs lower yet!

Now of course you aren’t going to be dipping toast into this and keep it low carb unless you are making your own or buying ThinSlim bread. But as regulars to our site know there are lots of other “chips” you can use for scooping up dips!  One of my favorite ways of eating this dip is to leave the pepperoni off the top, sprinkling it with some chopped fresh basil and scooping it up with pepperoni CHIPS!

They are quick and easy to make! I use regular, not turkey pepperoni because I want all the fat and flavor they have. But the process is the same:

Both the dip and the chips are easy to make and can be on your table in no time flat! Just remember not to burn your mouth by being too much in a hurry!
