How to Make Delicious Flavored Compound Butters

...for Your Low-Carb Cooking!

Living a low-carb lifestyle you’re always looking for good ways to incorporate good, healthy fats into your diet. One way is by using flavored, sometimes known as compound, butters. You can make compound butter simply by making them, like you have seen in a number of these recipes, into logs that you then slice… but my favorite way is to put them into silicone molds like these adorable pig faces that I can then pop into the freezer! It makes them into single-serving sizes that thaw quickly so that I can then pop them on top of my foods when they are finishing up grilling!

This is very functional but I just think the molds are more fun! Don’t have molds? You can always use ice cube trays! You know, those things we used to use before we all relied on ice machines in our refrigerators! LOL!
